Live & Online Workshops
Movement Circles foster social interaction and teamwork, increase physical activity, allow for a natural release of emotions, and are just plain fun! Topics may include mindful movement, finding balance, movement and mandalas, team building, creative movement, and more. Movement Circles may occur once, bi-monthly, monthly, or in a series.
I offer workshops on self care, introduction to mindfulness, team building, identifying your strengths, and creating change.
